Well, it’s that time of year again. In fact, it’s a little later than it has been in the past, but we won’t talk about that. This year I’ve decided to deviate from my usual Him, Her, Them, You format. Instead you’ll find guides based on personalities, delivered in parts.

So without further ado, I give you Part I.

The Little One.

Up until last year I didn’t really have a little one to buying too many presents for. My nephew’s arrival changed and I have to say, it’s been fun. This Christmas H&M have worked with Save The Children on a fantastic collection based around a circus concept. It’s beautiful. These three fabric dolls (1) make the perfect addition to the Pop Up Puppet Show (8) Hours of fun.

This little wooden truck (3) is something I have actually bought my nephew. I wanted to try and make sure I didn’t buy him mounds of plastic. This one is crafted from sustainable wood sources. Charlie will also be receiving this tape measure height chart (4) so we can chart his progress to giant.

Vintage Mickey Mouse adorns these flannel PJs from Zara (2) and I absolutely love them. Pop your little one in them whilst you read them One Snowy Night (9) my favourite Christmas book as a child. Percy The Park Keeper, what a guy.

1. Fabric Toys, £17.99 2. Flannel Pyjamas, £25.99 3. Wooden Truck, £35 4. Height Chart, £12.99 5. Tuile Dress, £14.99 6. Fair Isle Jumper, £25 7. Hunter x Mickey Mouse Wellies, £50 8. Fabric Puppet Show, £17.99 9. One Snowy Night Book, £4

The Homely One.

I’m all for a gift for the home personally. Cushion, plate, scented candle (obviously) are all good in my book. This year’s Diptyque candles are a dream. Flocon (5), inspired by the first snow, is musky and powdery, presented in a gold flecked glass vessel.

Plates aren’t just for the table anymore. This Anthropologie hand painted number (1) would be perfect hung on a wall. Jonathan Adler doesn’t just produce ceramics, but during lockdown launched a range of jigsaws (3). Chic and fun.

These brass effect mugs are perfect for mulled wine. In fact, I’d present them as a gift with a bottle of the stuff. Or two. Made.com’s tortoiseshell effect glasses (7) come as a set of six, ideal for the cocktail lover. This ceramic electric diffuser (9) was on my gift list last year, I actually bought it for my mum. To me, it’s actually one of the chicest options out there – as well as being one of the most reasonably priced.

The Foodie One.

Foodies are always fun to buy for in my experience. Why not elevate their Christmas Day with a Christmas Pudding from Ottolenghi (2)? You just know it’ll be good. These Our Place pans (3) are everywhere right now, and largely because they’re just darn cool. The handle hides a spatula, so it has a handy place to rest whilst you cook.

Asda have created a dupe for the Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser (6), and it’s Ā£25. Oh yes. It’s labelled as a milk frother, but some Googling will soon reveal it’s exactly the same. You could buy some Hotel Chocolat Hot Chocolate (5) to go with it too. Bargain.

Go big. Pizza ovens are in. This gift set (8) features absolutely everything you’ll need. Ottolenghi’s Simple is an excellent cookbook; this gift set includes a whole host of the ingredients you’ll need to make some of the key recipes. It’s genius.

The Stylish One.

You know the type. Loves a chic little outfit, swayed by a cute item from a must-have brand.

Does coffee get cooler than this Anya Hindmarch travel mug (1)? An excellent find (without breaking the bank) for someone who likes the finer things.

I love Les Girls Les Boys, their pyjamas are the dream. This blush number (3) can be paired with matching shorts or trousers. Huggie earrings are very ‘cool’, trust me. These are really sweet and sure to go down a treat.

Victoria Beckham’s make-up is beautifully packaged. The range of lipsticks – called the Posh collection (7) – all hark back to her glory days. Meanwhile Gucci Westman’s range of make-up is a cult-favourite out there. This blush (11) is a handbag essential. Would it be a millergrey Gift Guide without some Jo Malone London? I love these little star decorations (10). They’re great if you want to make an effort with a gift and show that you know them, without spending a fortune.
